"The room was spotless and staff were very knowledgeable. It's my first time in Japan and it was a great start thanks to the staff. They helped me navigate both on the property and beyond. I loved all the amenities and the daily services that came with my booking. I also love how close it is to Shin Osaka and the free shuttle bus. I'd highly recommend everyone to book rooms here and glad I am returning soon again."

"We had a private onsen room and it was a Kin-sen ("golden coloured hot spring water"). Temperature was good, and is constantly running. We had dinner and japanese breakfast served to us inside our room. Check out was a bit early at 10am, so that clashed a bit with our late breakfast and trying to get a last bath in while the staff wanted to clean up our breakfast set up at the same time. The massage chair was nice and the futon on the tatami was super comfortable (with choice of pillow). The coffee bar was nice, with some snacks during guest staying hours (after 4pm and before 10am). It's a bit further from the bus station, so didn't explore too much (it was rainy too), but there's a shuttle that's available on request. We had to use a pay phone to call as we had data-only plans. They can also shuttle you from the ropeway or train station. All in all, a nice relaxing and quiet place to unwind and soak in a wonderful onsen."

"The hotel is good and the price is not that bad. But in the reception area you don’t have place where to sit and eat an appetizer from outside, everywhere you can seat is marked as no eating area. Is around 6 blocks from the train station which is not much convenient if you’re traveling with bags, and is far from most of the tourist areas to visit in Osaka."
