Monotel Luxury Business Hotel
Very poor staff and services. Rooms are small, with poor quality amenities, dirty towels, and stained and dirty bedsheets. Breakfast was below average with equally poor service by the staff. Not at all a 4-star hotel. Not recommended.

One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much. Pool was quiet and relaxed and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice with local favourites and our waiter Aditya was amazing ...
