"Great service. Our washer broke down on the first day of stay. While there was a bit of troubleshooting done with the duty crew but the team change out the washer within the day. Accessibility: if you are coming from the airport, take the airport transfer to nippori and transfer by the JY line to Ueno, exit via the Iriya exit which will bring you closer to the hotel. We initially took the airport train to Keisei Ueno and have to walk quite a bit. Overall a good stay. "

"The bunk bed was awesome. Loved the close proximity to a supermarket. Had all the necessities for a long term stay. Spacious. Liked the nice decor. I appreciated that someone was there to help with my check in, as it made things a lot easier. To improve: Some instructions on how to check out would be appreciated. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash was half full when we arrived. Other than that, it was an excellent value for the proximity to every major attraction in central Tokyo."

"We loved the care and friendliness of the staff - we lost a souvenir in a taxi and we requested for the assistance of the staff to help us retrieved it since we can't speak Japanese and we didn't have a Japanese phone number with our phone service, and the staff made it so easy for us and helped us call the taxi company!
