Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels

This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend booking here.

Air condtioner was No working in the hottest montn

The place is located in a busy street, however the air conditioner was no working in the main aerea where the two beds were, just the fan that in August when is the hottest month was a really disappointing in our stay, hard really to sleep in tbat conditions, we were 3 weeks and was really hard.

広々としていてとても良かった。無人だったが、事前にチェックインについて詳しく記載がありスムーズに泊まることが出来た。ただ、トイレの水圧が低く、トイレットペーパーですら流れにくい印象。
