"Clean, modern and comfortable but is basic accommodation with a number of failings: poor shower, rooms are lit up by corridor lighting at night so impedes sleep, there are no room facilities (cups, coffee, etc) and internal floors can be very slippy under foot after rainfall (but expect rains!). Staff are friendly and polite which helps on any stay."

"This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). After spending a full night killing roaches, I demanded to be put in another room no matter what and he moved us to the room next door… where there were also roaches. I would have left earlier if possible but flights to Diani are not that frequent but I’m so relieved to be going home after this nightmare stay."
