"The location of the hotel was amazing, especially since I had an early morning flight. The room was clean. My only issue was that my flight arrived earlier in the day and the staff acted annoyed that I had showed up earlier than the check in time. Given their location at an airport, you'd think they'd be used to such situations, but they definitely were not. Their rudeness made me rethink whether I was to use this hotel again."

"Very clean property and the lobby is impressive. A few tips to get the most out of your stay. 1. They won’t clean your room just becuase you’ve left and there isn’t a door sign to indicate anything to housekeeping. You need to ring down each time you want the room serviced otherwise it won’t be done 2. At breakfast, you can ask the dining staff for an omelette or fried egg and they’ll it fresh for you. These aren’t out in the buffet area and there aren’t any signs to indicate you can ask (and the waiters don’t ask you either). It’s included as part of your breakfast so just ask if you want specific type of eggs. 3. Children are allowed in the sauna and people are meant to keep their clothes on (there are signs for this). But the two times I went with my kids, there were people in the nude sat in the sauna so perhaps check before taking little ones."

"My room was air-conditioned which I loved, being that this summer in Europe has been exceedingly hot. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with their WiFi system which is essential when traveling overseas. This was my second stay at this hotel this summer as I had two plane trips out of Berlin. It is very convenient and amazingly affordable given the quality of the rooms and its proximity to the airport. I was able to get a good nights sleep prior to the long flight to the US. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on their food. With the airport next door it is easy to step into the Rewe supermarket or one of the kiosks for a quick meal."
