“Right in the heart of the Old Town, this apartment has a great location and a lovely room. The spa bath looked promising for a slow, relaxing soak in the evening, but it wasn’t the most practical for a quick wash in the morning. It takes around 20 minutes to fill, and although it has a shower attachment, the hose is so short that you end up performing an odd sitting/squatting routine just to rinse off. A longer hose and a proper wall-mounted holder (like a normal shower) would make a world of...

“Lower budget hotel, self check in, that is in heart of Jewish district. Lots of graffiti on run down buildings. Still felt safe. 30 minute walk to downtown square. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel.”

“I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!”

“This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...
