After some planning and not so great start to my birthday I decided to go with Delfins resorts. Some well needed rest and relaxation. I arrived at the resort 30 mins early and was told to wait until 3 when my room was expected to be ready, which was understandable. However, my room wasnโt ready until after 4pm. Which was unacceptable, because no one communicated with me until I approached the front desk and inquired what was going on with the room I booked. Later on a lovely woman name Sovienca came greeted my sister and I, acknowledged my birthday and reassured that we will be in our suite soon. Under 10 mins she escorted us to our room, helped us settle into our suite, recommended a place to eat on the resort and escorted us there as well. Talk about above and beyond! Her customer service skills are phenomenal and made me forget about what transpired earlier. She also checked in on us throughout our stay. Complete Gem and hospitality. Thank you for having us and making this weekend special. I will be back because of you.
