โAmazing location, property was super clean and spotless. Front desk was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We traveled with 2 teenagers and they had great time as well. Close to Hallstatt and other good restaurants.

โLoved my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. One thing I want to highlight is their hair dryer is one of the best I have seen in all my stays in Europe!!!

โApartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...
โBeautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wowโฆ the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattressโฆ but no necessarily uncomfortableโฆ Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! โ
