BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property.
