4 stars were given because all the electrical outlets in the unit did not have power. As a result, we could not charge our phones, laptop and Apple watch.

You are not booking with the hotel in the building - instead this is an apartment owned by a third party who is renting this out to you for a short term visit. The hotel will not assist you nor provide you same services. Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired and there is mold and filth throughout the shower and pain peeling off the feature walls from where the antenna has been moved and restock to the wall. There are no satellite TV channels even though they advertise these - just local channels in BM. Shower gel is the cheapest, nastiest I’ve ever had in a hotel and was essentially close to being a mouth wash

フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。
