The room is not as advertised.

The apartment did not have 2 king size bed as advertised. The bathroom door is jammed. Lock is defective. TV is malfunctioning. First time experience bad booking from Expedia.

Stay for swimming pool,but closed due to covid-19. Dissapointed. Have 1 room bathroom leaking but they manage to call service management to repair,on the spot repair. Overall ok. House big and spacious suitable for family.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but the managers only cared about money. I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long flight from Melbourne; contacted the property to ask for early checkin, even with extra pay for that but they didn’t bother to respond . I stayed at the lobby for more than 9 hours until they delivered the key at 3pm . Less than an hour after I got into the room, I was in the shower when they came knocking the door, to collect money for the deposit. See how they love money but don’t bother to respond to the guest’s request!!

I booked the room two months in advance but at the last minuet, a day before my travel i received a message from the property that they have transferred me to another place (The Robertson residence) First of all it was not fair and i should have informed earlier. Secondly the room in Robertson was much smaller, I was travelling with 3 kids and not enough beds, even sofa bed was very discomfortable couldn't sleep properly and also the cooking stove was not working so it was very inconvenient for us to cook our breakfast so we had to go out most of the days for breakfast. Overall very disappointed with the service as I paid much more than where I stayed in. Total rip off.

Disastrous.

Disastrous. First, this is NOT one of the suites managed by Swiss Garden. It's run by an individual who, after booking, moved us to a nearby building. That apartment's furniture was badly stained, there was mould and a stink in the bathroom, and the TV worked but the cable system did not. Worse, the admin was ultra-haphazard: we didn't have details until late on the day of arrival. Although nearby, the new location was inconvenient. With no confirmation, or access information, we tried to cancel but failed. A dining chair had been moved to the laundry area because it was broken.

It's amazing but had difficulties in finding the apartment as it was indicated as N-24-07 but in fact it is N-23A-07 and car park car access card was not included upon checked in till I make a call to clarify! Due to this I had to pay for $3.50!! Very unfair

This was by far the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. There was no communication from the hotel. If you want to reach them, for get it. It’s impossible. They don’t have a contact number. The room had a very strong cigarette smell. The bed sheets were very dirty. The neighborhood was secluded and it is about 40min walk from KL centre. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Best thing about this was the pool.

Worst experience with room 2208 and the owner

Once I just inserted the room key in the door of room 2208 and opened the door, it was stacked and couldn't be taken out. I called its owner and he sant me the houskeeper, but she couldn't solve the problem. Then, we were forced to move room 2407 which condition was really awful. Laundry was working to wash somebody'd towel which made very loud noises to prevent us from sleeping well. The water was leaking from the air conditioner, made the floor wet. In addition, the Wi-fi didn't work at all! As the service was far from what they guarantee on the web, we asked him for partial refund for the poor management, but he rather called for additional payment threatening us "You broke my door." Since the residence is up to owner and not all the room is like that, I strongly recommend you to be careful for that room and the such an insane owner. Anyway, I will never stay here again!
