The property is middle of the line - as rated on Expedia. The rooms are generally clean and cleaned only about every 3-4 nights' stay. I asked to be moved from a Standard room to a Deluxe. The property offers Standard rooms, which I originally booked via Expedia (very old / not updated room, AC & fan working but noisy) and Deluxe rooms (updated, not as many available, good working AC and fan). The rooms offer a balcony/ lanai with nice views of the beach and/or lush garden (though some face the parking lot) and there is a pool on the property. There is plenty of parking available just across the main building, covered by the amenities fees payable upon arrival. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. A key plus is that the hotel is in a great, central location in Kihei, across from Kihei's main beaches, and close to restaurants, food trucks, and shops accessible by foot. It is also close (about 10-15 min drive) to Wailea and its beaches and about a 50 minute drive to Lahaina/ Kaanapali beaches.

As per the google reviews. There is a crazy lady, singing at night, neglecting a big dog, and being hostile to vacationers. However I tried to avoid contacting her and the staffs were very nice. Loved the pool and great location

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our experience here. We regret we haven’t planned staying more. If we return to Maui, we will definitely pick the hotel.

7층 바다뷰 룸이 투숙했고 전망이 정말 일품이었네요. 호텔 바로앞에 썬배드 사용 가능해도 낮에도 밤에도 너무 좋았습니다
