Internet in my room rarely worked with the tv connection. I would log in to the next room and it worked most of the time.

โThis hotel is very reasonable. Their main business however is restaurants, and Ohris have four on this location, and others around Hyderabad. All their restaurants are excellent. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is quiet and safe with many shops, including chemists and a supermarket. Taxis are always available.โ
โGood location it is an old building just near the old airport so you can't think this is 5 starrs wellknow hotel. it is just fine to stay as a biz trip. Breakfast is good and meals service is good. People are nice โ
โThis is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, Iโd come back! โ

Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided.
Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled.
AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating.
Wrong / double billing for laundry.
Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed.
In total a bad experience.โ
โ2-3 star quality at most. Room has centipede and dead insect, many staff have limited English understanding which makes communication somewhat challenging.โ
โThe communication from property manager was very poor. Staff were rude. AC was leaking water over the bed frame all night. No hot water in the bathroom and I was still charged for 1 night. โ
