쿠르니아의 휴가용 주택 임대

“Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out”

“Our stay was okay but would not stay again. There was a constant bad odour from the bathrooms, under the beds were dusty, ants in the kitchen, shower screen needed cleaning. Perfect location and pool was the best part.”

“Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.”

“We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.”

“Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.”

“Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.”

“Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.”

“The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. ”

The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. “The pillow was so dirty and smelly. And There were so many ants. They were even on the table and on the bed”
