"Generally clean and renovated but moldy grout and caulk in shower area. Breakfast offering was terrible. Wifi signal was excellent. Parking lot was nice, bright and secure. Staff could’ve been more friendly and cheerful."

"Definitely outdated! For this to be a Hilton property and the location that it’s in, I was expecting better. The room I was in wasn’t the best. The bathroom was small, there was no refrigerator and the walls were thin. I was very disappointed. "

"Parking is ok. The price for the room is understandable, you get what u pay for right. They don't charge you a deposit, an you just basically paying for the price of the room... over all, i will book them again. And they do have smoking rooms too..."

"The fridge in my room was stained like it had not been cleaned well or for a long time. The bathroom vent was very dusty and very loud. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were thin as well. I heard the neighbors' whole conversation the night I stood there. "

"I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff "
