Very friendly staff and good food. You’ll likely be satisfied as long as you don’t set your expectations too high. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but functional. The beach area, however, may not be ideal for non-swimmers.

A very nice location, friendly staff and great food, but under being a 5 star hotel. The hotel looks dated, with dirty carpet in the rooms, sinks has cracks, elevator to the beach area didn’t work at all. We have to use the stairs 3 levels. Walls has molded on the side. Honestly the beach area and the access to the beach looks abandoned. We are disappointed that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel on Expedia.

Better experience than expected

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Terrible food

Nice location - however, this a very dated hotel, without internet in rooms, inadequate lifts, and rubbish food. This is really a 3 or maximum 4-star hotel.

The staff was friendly however incapable, there was no soap, shampoo, dnd in the room, the safe was locked there was no personal available to open it for the next three hours, no zero or light drinks available at the bar or restaurant, the elevator to the beach did not function, the person at the reception desk at 7AM didn’t know how to call a taxi.

Hoteli seçerken iyi ve kötü yorumlar okumuştum ve kötü yorumları biraz abartılı bulmuştum aslında az bile söylemişler. Odalar bakımsız ve çok kötü, duş açma kapama bataryası her açma kapamada elinizde kalıyor. Lavabolar, kapılar dökülüyor. Yemekler çok çok çok kötü. Sigara böreği bile kötü öyle söyleyeyim. Hayatımda ilk kez açık büfede aç kalmayı deneyimledim. Portakal suyu ekstra, okey almak istiyoruz sürekli sıkma makinası arızalı, arkadaş yok vs hep bir bahane sundular. Yemekler ile ilgili özetlemek gerekirse nimetlere yazık ediyorlar. Aqua park çocuklar için yeterli ama onu da kafalarına göre saatinden bağımsız kapatabiliyorlar, arıza var diyorlar. Ortak tuvaletler leş gibi. Bir yere bir şey dökülsün en az 3-4 saat orada kalıyor bazen 1 gün kalıyor. Animasyonlar yoka yakın. Bir daha bedava gider misin deseler gitmem.

Otel çok eski ve bakımsız, temizlik hizmetleri çok yetersiz, ortam çok kirli, mutfak hijyen ve lezzet açısından çok vasat, kesinlikle herşey dahil konseptine uygun bir otel değil. Yaklaşık 300 basamak inerek denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve asansörler bozuk. Deniz kıyısında elektrikler kesiliyor ve sıvı almak için bu basamakları çıkmanız gerekiyor, denize inilen verdiven ergonomik özelliklerden çok uzak ve denizden çıkabilmek ayrı efor gerektiriyor gibi bir çok olumsuzluk sayabilirim. Bazı personel elinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyor, ancak olanaklar olmayınca onların da yapabileceği bir şey yok, ne yazık ki. Manzara dışında başka beklentisi olmayanlar gidebilir, ancak hizmet ve temizlik beklentisi olanların mutlu olabileceği bir otel değil.

Ailemle geçen sene yine aynı dönemde burada konaklamıştık genel anlamda memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim. Öncelikle yemekler güzel bu konuda oldukça tatmin olduk. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Animasyon ekibi sayesinde günlerimiz dolu dolu geçti çok eğlendik. Otel günün her saatinde muhteşem manzaraya sahip ve her yerden kuş cıvıltıları geliyor. Temizliğe geçen seneye kıyasla pek önem verilmiyor. Odaya geldiğimizde yeterince temiz hissettirmedi. Sabun ve şampuan bitmiş durumdaydı. Otelin yenilenmeye ve bakıma ihtiyacı var özelikle odaların mobilyalar, banyo vb.

Muhteşem bir lokasyon maalesef yetersiz işletmecilikle harcanmış. Otel dağ yamacında, dikey bir yapıda olduğu için sürekli asansör kullanmanız gerekiyor. Ancak asansörler kırmızı etiketli (kullanıma uygun değil) ve sürekli arızalanıyor. Havuza veya odaya gitmek için uzun süre bekliyor ya da katlarca merdiven yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Denize inen asansör ise tamamen kullanım dışı, inip çıkmak için ciddi bir efor sarf etmeniz gerekiyor. Genel alanların temizliği ve personel ilgisi oldukça zayıf. Odaların günlük temizliği, çarşaf ve havlu değişimi düzenli yapılmıyor; konaklamamız boyunca günlerce odaya uğranmadı. Restoran, bar ve ortak alanlar hijyenden çok uzak. Barlardaki personelin eğitimi yetersiz, içecekler baştan savma hazırlanıyor. Denizi muazzam temizlikte ama suya girmek tam bir eziyet. Kenardaki yüksek betondan denize inmek için tek bir güvensiz ve sabitlenmemiş merdiven konulmuş. Suya inmek ve çıkmak adeta akrobasi gerektiriyor, güvenlik açısından riskli. Her şey dahil konseptine rağmen yemek çeşitliliği oldukça kısıtlı. Menüde her gün tavuk ürünleri var, kırmızı et neredeyse hiç çıkmıyor. Yemeklerde sadece pide bölümü başarılıydı. Sunulan içeceklerin kalitesi maalesef standartların çok altında. Ayrıca her şey dahil konseptli bir otelde Türk kahvesinin ekstra ücrete tabi olması büyük bir hayal kırıklığı. Özetle, sunulan hizmet kalite ve hijyen açısından oldukça kötü.

Otel çok eski bakımsız temizlik kötü personel sayısı yetersiz deniz kenarına inmek için oldukça dik ve yüzden fazla basamak kullanmak gerekti bu özellikle yaşlı insanlar için çok zor. Asansör 5 gündür bozuk olduğu halde yapılmamış. Yemekler 5 yıldız otele göre çok zayıf ve lezzetsiz. Kısacası bu otel 5 yıldızı değil 3 yıldızı bile zor alır. Ona göre gelin. Otelin tek güzel tarafı konumu ve manzarası.
