スタッフの方々が全体的に表情がかたく、笑顔がないのが残念でした。 外国人スタッフの方々の日本語が、十分じゃないところを補うのが大変かと思いますが、もう少し、笑顔で接する心がけをしていただけると、少々時間がかかったりしても、気分を害することはないので、お客さんは快適に安心して過ごせるのではないかなと感じました。 朝食ビュッフェはとてもおいしかったです。 お世話になりました。

totoジャパントーナメントの宿泊客が多く、足に芝生を付けて宿泊された方が多くエレベーターに芝が散乱。当日は兎も角翌朝も残っていた。状況が分かれば、掃除スタッフ以外の者でも清掃出来るはずです。私もゴルフ観戦の帰りで状況が判断出来ましたが、それ以外の客はどう捉えたか心配です。

立地は駅前なので良いです。 一人旅だったのでシングルですが、部屋は清潔でかつシモンズのベットで良かったです。 アメニティはフロントの前に置かれていたので便利です。 朝食のバイキングもいろいろ選べるし美味しかったです。 残念なところは、大浴場がないことです。 個人的には、また利用したいホテルでした。

禁煙のホテルでタバコ吸うな！我慢くらいしろ！

チェックイン済ませて案内されたお部屋のフロアに到着すると廊下が真っ暗。「え？何これ」と想いつつスマホのライト頼りにお部屋に移動(ライトがないと部屋番号も分からない暗さ) で、お部屋に入ると今度はお部屋がかなりタバコ臭く「うわー失敗した...」と想いつつ予約を確認すると「禁煙」の文字。ちゃんと禁煙の部屋とってるじゃん　と想いフロントへ連絡。フロントの方曰く「当ホテル全室禁煙でして、すぐ伺います」と言ってすぐ来て確認頂きました。 たまたま空き部屋があったのでそちらに移動。 (真っ暗な廊下にホテルの方もびっくり) 色々ありましたがホテルの方の対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。 ホテルに文句じゃありませんがホテルを代弁して言います。 禁煙なんだからタバコくらい我慢しろ！
