"A wonderful stay in a professionally run hotel - I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, staff is helpful and organized, the breakfast buffet and other dining options are excellent, the location is convenient, parking is adequate plus there is a superb convenience store on the ground floor to cover any last minute items that may be needed. "Good location, 4 minutes walk to the Leh market. At check out they told me that they couldn't accept credit cards. Since I didn't have enough cash, they gave me their phone number and told me to pay using an application when I get home. Wow, how trustful!!!
The only thing I did not like was that there was no heating. They provided a small heater but that wasn't enough. There was plenty of hot water.
What I liked the most was the food, so fresh and so good. I could say it is the best hotel...

"The location of the property is great, a short walk up the road to the main market area and old town, but the room was cold and damp and smelled very damp. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels. The room was also not clean on arrival and stayed that way as they never cleaned the room at all. Also many of the power sockets and light switches didn’t work. "
