"This resort was fantastic for kids. The staff in kids club were excellent and had the kids entertained all day! The actual resort was nice, the room was slightly smaller than we were expecting being the family room. The pools and different areas were excellent. Lots of variety and choice. The restaurants I found average. Good for kids but not a lot of variety for the adults. Easy enough to step outside and find somewhere else though. The staff were so lovely! "

"The property was in a great location & the two food areas out the front were great with very friendly helpful staff. Our room was in need of a bit of tlc was cleaned daily but maintenance could be better.eg, fridge freezing up drinks, curtains were dirty! The swimming pools were nice but needed a really good scrub as mould was quite bad but water was kept clean. All staff in & around hotel couldn’t do enough for us so friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our 11 days here. Thank you 🙏"

"Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Natalie at breakfast was kind enough to write me a note. I was blown away by how sweet she was, and I will keep that note forever. I got ill during my stay. Sean, the manager, sent someone to buy medicine and deliver it to my room. That goes beyond customer service to human kindness.
