"Great place, accurate description, clean, private. We had a lovely time, very relaxing. It is in a neighbourhood, so lovely to see people just living their daily lives. Lots of local businesses nearby, laundry, tailor etc. Nice staff. I would recommend it"

"It was for emergency stay at this place for one night, I won’t never go back to these place."

"We loved the location in the heart of Kuta. We stayed for the day as we had a very late flight out of Bali. The staff were fantastic, the room was spacious and we would seriously consider a longer stay next time."

"Everything was excellent"

"Clean room helpful staff has air-conditioning nice breakfast"

"A first time traveller,, yans house invited and treated me like family,, staff humble n always put my safety and needs first…,, Central to all of Kuta fine dining entertainment and beach a 2 minute walk… Soon my return to Bali I am and will always have yans house as my accomodations"

"The rooms looks really modern and the pool on the roof is really something ! Great breakfast buffet. The location is perfect to spend time in kuta. But the reason I keep comeback there is the kindest of the staff there, Balinese are very nice and friendly in general but in this hotel, every single member of the staff will say hello to you, smile and help you if you need. You feel very welcome there, it's a world class hotel !"
