Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. A delightful experience overall. "

"Beautiful pension located only an eight minute walk from the main street- walking distance to the Hirafu gondola and chairlifts. Room was small but clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast provided every morning between 7.30-8.30am. Would stay again!"

"Very nice owner/hostess. This is a very clean typocal Japanese pension. Nothing fancy except the toilets, which are the high tech heated seats/bidet. Conveniently located in Hirafu village with easy ski access. "

"We loved the location in Annupuri as it is about a 3 minute walk to the slope. Annupuri mountain is much much quieter than niseko. You can traverse from the top of Annupuri to other resorts and get down to Niseko that way rather than catching a shuttle bus around the base. Just make sure you have an all mountain pass. Niseko negula is really flash! Beautiful wooden retreat, lovely staff, great food and amenities, great views. Loved it!! They have a driver who can drop/pick you up from onsens...

"This place is a hostel for hotel prices. Niseko is expensive for sure, but this place is extremely expensive for what it is. One shared shower between perhaps 12-15 people. The breakfast is super average and the value for money at the associated eateries (where breakfast is served) are super expensive for the size of the meals. The staff working there were super nice but the owner maybe shouldn't be client-facing. "

"It was a quiet villa in the isolated forest. We had a tough time locating it as we reached after sky turned dark. Fortunately, a call to the owner Hideo-San and he came to fetch us! When he led us to the villa, it was a pleasant surprise! It's a big villa that was cosy, clean and well equipped. The decoration made us feel at home, and the beds were comfortable. "We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we...
