โIt is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel .โ
โThe accommodations were spartan but clean we had the "Family Room", the owner very nice and helpful. The bathroom and shower were fine. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together.It is 15 minute walk to the station and to Byodo-in (main attraction in Uji) There are no food options close by but kitchen access was available.
The only real problem is that for anyone who has mobility issues, access to the room was 2 flights of very steep narrow stairs.โ
โNice new hotel located just a short walk from train station. Friendly service, clean and with a surprisingly spacious room. Good place to stay if you are looking to spend the night in Ujiโ
"I am very satisfied with this hotel. The Japanese breakfast is so tasty. This hotel is close to Kyoto Station so it was convenient to move to tourist attractions. The only weakness is that the window view is not available. "
