"It was closed even though we reserved and paid over one month ago. We came close to sleeping out in the open air ...... We were finally allowed to stay as reserved but we were almost frozen to death. We skipped dinner and the breakfast the next morning. The restrooms and shower rooms were about 50 meters away from the bedroom of Glamping tent. It was very cold for us to go to restrooms in the night and take a shower in the dawn..... No other choices near the Lake Glamping ik nor restaurants. "

"Breakfast was substantial so there was much to choose from. The coffee makers were either broken or couldnt keep up with demand (one household coffee maker and otherwise instant - the espresso machine seemed in poor working order). Our room was very nice but the shower head was broken and the glass doors wouldnt close so privacy was limited. I would recommend the hotel but I should have brought the bathroom issues up to the desk so the next guest would have a better experience. "

"Room was nice but definitely need more attention to cleanliness as there was still a lots of hair left in the toilet from the previous guest, so the question is what is actually the cleaning standards and if anyone is checking the rooms before check in. Area itself is a bit far away from the city centre."

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
