“It was closed even though we reserved and paid over one month ago. We came close to sleeping out in the open air ...... We were finally allowed to stay as reserved but we were almost frozen to death. We skipped dinner and the breakfast the next morning. The restrooms and shower rooms were about 50 meters away from the bedroom of Glamping tent. It was very cold for us to go to restrooms in the night and take a shower in the dawn..... No other choices near the Lake Glamping ik nor restaurants. ”
