Bed and pillow are not as comfortable. Quite room. Convenient located next to Namba station and few minutes away from major shopping street, near Dotonbori. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I gave it 2 stars, and I have stayed in 3-star hotels before that were still much cleaner than this one. There was also a very strong cooking smell as soon as we walked into the room, which suggests that many guests cook in the room and that the kitchen has not been cleaned properly. "Good location for travelling around Osaka. Well maintained hotel with nice rooms and breakfast had a lot of options. Did have some problems with the wifi but that is being picky. The split elevator access was not a problem for us. Very respectful staff. Good all round stay."

"Room was clean but very tight, didn't have basic items like water bottles - needed to get other items like toothbrush, razor, etc from the lobby. Location was terrific with a huge shopping mall right below th hotel and other malls in the surrounding areas, easily accessible by walking."
