“The cabin and forest was very pretty but unfortunately there was a big lack of communication, even though the staff was nice. There was a problem with our breakfast and there was no solution offered that day. Similarly we found a dead mouse on a trap in the cabin but they only came to remove it 3 hours after they received our message, which is uncomfortable given that it was 2 meters next to the stove and eating area. There is no internet or phone reception in the cabins and the reception desk...
