โBooked for my daughters who were watching a concert at Anfield. Such a great service, calls prior to the day and on the day saying they could complete an earlier check in if needed. Greeted my daughters and explained everything clearly, they said Mel was simply lovely! A great clean room with a short walk to Anfield Stadium.โ

โIts central for both the train station but also for the city centre shops. The staff are friendly and the check in is also plain and simple. The food in the restaurant is lovely definately a good choice if your in liverpool i will definately be back โ
โFabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!โ
โComfy bed, snacks and dash were a nice touch. Shower is great, hairdryer is a real one! Staff make this place even better - Iโve stayed twice and both times were excellent. Great value for money too. โ
โInnside by Melia is hands down the best hotel in Liverpool, Iโve stayed here a couple of times now and Iโm staying again in November, donโt miss out book this hotel, you wonโt regret it โ
