“I took a taxi to the facility. Check-in was easy although not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff, especially the woman who seemed to be in charge, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The van returning to the airport was free and convenient, but dropped us off at arrivals at the opposite end of the airport, requiring a long walk with luggage. Great location, near an Ara if you're there for longer stays.”

“When I check in, receptionist didn't explain well about services that I'll get even I asked about that. Also, he didn't let that information to the other places like spa. When I went to Spa, I have to wait for looong time to check this situation. They seemed not communicated well. Disappointed. But, room condition was good.”
