โOur check in was with Josee and she was amazing. She was helpful from the start in advising on the veranda and sitting on that (and later checking on us) and places to eat. She suggested a spot we go to in order to wastch the sunset and it was amazing. This has not been a good trip for motels but Josee made up for it and made this our best stop by far to date. If we come back here - we hope she is still here as we would go out of our way to stay here.

โThe young man who checked us in was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room wasn't very nice. Sink - water went down very slowly. It is understandable that it's an older building but the general cleaning was very poor. โ
โModern clean apartment. Quiet with nice beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, we walked down to old Quebec and enjoyed that very much. Great restaurants and shops. โ
โGreat property, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and proper. The only criticism I would make is the parking. I do understand that they donโt have a parking area, but it would make them extremely desirable and preferable much more than now if they had make an agreement with the parking facility across the street, absorb the fee and offer complimentary parking to the guests. This would give them an amazing competitive advantage and drive the occupancy. โ

โLes Lofts Notre Dame was a great place to stay in Old Quebec. The loft was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The location was in the center of everything.
I wish we had gotten more details ahead of time on a timeline of when we would get check in details and how we had to prepare for checking out.

Very good, safe, clean, silent hotel. Location is perfect! Very recomended to women who travel alone, love healthy and balanced lifestyle, yoga, food! Breakfast is healthy wih good products, but mostly for people who follow light healthy food life! Room was small but so comfortable and bad was so soft and food! Sevice is nice! I really enjoyed staying at hotelโ
