“The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!”

“Sorry - but this place was subpar. Non stop screeching of furniture in the rooms above me, slamming of doors non stop outside my room, bright flashing green light above my bed, dogs barking all day. Shower got water all over, bathroom window gross with bird poop or mold and the shower gel/soap was empty. The complementary water a bathroom amenities were a nice touch. For the cost I would have expected the hotel to have put felt or something under the furniture to decrease noise and to...

“Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.”
