"Loved the pools and beach; just closed a bit early for what I would have liked: 5pm for salt water pool which isn’t salt water at all and is only a small area that is slotted for the hotel which is annoying for what they are advertising as the biggest pool, 6pm for pool with slides, and then 8pm for the main pool. "We had an awesome time at this RIU. The grounds were amazingly well kept, the food was mostly delicious, the beach was great. Near the end of our vacation, we were looking for things to complain about. And when you have to think that hard about it, l would say that you’ve had a wonderful time. I think housekeeping was one area that they could work on. We placed the…no service sign on our door. They still came in our room and removed all of the towels without replacing them. In room coffee packets weren’t replenished. So, the big question … would we return ? Most definitely YES. We’ll probably be back next year and bring our kids. "
