Once we got to the hotel they stated that they did not have a single bed to put us in. We paid for the single bed and we stated that. He said that there was nothing he could do. My husband asked for a refund and we would go somewhere else. The guy refused and finally put us in a single room. We get to the room the air does not work, half the lights do not work, and it was just over all nasty. They move us again and that room was a little better, and by that I mean the air worked. We had to use plyers to turn the shower on and off.
