"The pool makes this worth the stay alone. You ever swim in a heated pool that goes in to the hotel while theirs a snowstorm. It’s pretty cool "

"Well I guess I should known for the cost in such a central part of downtown Montreal. The first night full on party ALL NIGHT room next to me the rest were ok but I found you can hear lot of the noise from the hall way in your room. There are no coffee machine in your room fyi and everything in the room is old and tired. The heater had no thermostat so it would run all night very noisy also because of the low cost per night I just found that it brought different people to this hotel that I did not feel comfortable or safe around but that was just me. Thank you for the stay but I would not ever comeback."

"Very dated property and very dark.There was no point of having a full kitchen when there was nothing in it to be used. You will have to bring all your own utensils for use. Value for money was great because of the space. The breakfast was great and included in the cost of your stay. Hotel staff were friendly."

"Stayed at L’Appartement Hôtel in Montreal for a family trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or any requests we had. The hotel is definitely family-friendly, with spacious rooms and a convenient setup that works well when traveling with kids. The location is also great for exploring the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. Overall, a good choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Montreal. "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff are super polite and willing to help. We arrived very late at 6pm to 7pm on the Saturday then the only option is a room with no desk or chair which are listed as part the amenities. I went to the front desk to express my concerns because my husdand and I need to take turns to work remotely during the travel and the desk/chair are something we cannot do without. The front desk took notes and offered us a change of room at 11:30am next day. I was thrilled to see how considerate and how fast the front desk staff acted on this matter. The free breakfast is a nice compliment for a hotel in such a central location at such a reasonable price. The food choices are good enough - the best part is that you can make fresh pancakes right on the spot. The coffee machine at the lounge is an angel - it makes all types of coffee, and above all, it serves in 24x7. I am very happy for my stay and would recommend Quality Inn Centre-Ville if you are looking for a downtown hotel with the right price and good amenities."
