Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony ”

“This resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant. I also enjoyed songs from the resort’s own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple. Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...

“Pro's... The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balconies all face out towards the sea so the views are amazing. The pool is the right temperature and very clean. We had breakfast included and that was plentiful and much variation for a small hotel. Special praise though to the staff, from management, reception, bar staff to the cleaners and maintenance guys. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a Hola 😁 Special praise to ”
