Everything outside the rooms is nice, such as the patio and the lobby area. The room was very rundown and I didnt feel comfortable. We also found mosquitos when we arrived. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Parking was easy to get and the little plaza in the back was nice. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Location , location, location !! clean amazing staff !! The girl at the front desk was amazing, gave great reconditions. For or food ! If want a great stay in Venice this is the place ! The details are amazing .. view of the boulevard and beach waking up .. the brick the art , fun books next to your bed ! Goodies in the room free water and coffee . The good kind ! And Showers with the perfect temp and amazing products ! Alchemist shampoo and conditioner and lotion ! I used there’s instead of mine .. and long lasting hot water . Beds were. So comfortable , loved the robes .. one of the best was a rooftop sunset place to hang and have great conversations with the ocean in the background.. and view of the boardwalk , great with a bottle of wine ! This place is just magical and I will coming back !!!

Clean, Helpful Staff, Coffee and Friendly Barista on site, Gym is useful just a bit worn out, pool was nice, no laundry on site

The bartender or restaurant waitress at 6:00 AM week of 6/20/26 dated Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday , lady whit black hair no hospitality skills at all never smile never good morning never nothing she was most concentrating on her cell phone every morning i came down to get coffee before I used the gym room every day I checked out 6/24/26 6:am the front desk gentleman only one at that time. Another one no skills at all Never good morning or how’s your morning I present my self room # No words just lend me my recipe nothing or thank for staying with us…..at that point I just turned o round and left the hotel Next is the engineer guy who check the gym equipment every morning I was the only one inside the gym He comes in check the treadmill never good morning or hi Very bad employee make the hotel look bad My room and house keeping did a great 👍 excellent job Location excellent
