Loved the location on a bluff overlooking the St. Lawrence. The staff was delightful, taking the time to help us navigate some serious dietary restrictions. Small negatives included noise in our room from the bar beneath, and lack of any decaf coffee in the in-room coffee service

You will never regret a stay at the Manoir Richelieu. This is simply a superb hotel, an example of what a great property, well designed and carefully curated, supported by a superb staff of helpful people, can offer to the public. It's not cheap, but as one explores the grounds and examines the facilities, one appreciates the range of its services and the reason for its cost. We were met at the railway station by a Manoir shuttle; we ate wonderful meals at Manoir restaurants and bars, and we sat at the Manoir's golf course restaurant, marvelling at the view of the St. Lawrence and the surrounding country-side. We had a wonderful time.

The property is dated but there is a reason why it is a true 5 stars. You can tell they constantly try to maintain the property. The staffs and the service are def 5 star quality. You call for any help, the staff is at your door in 5 min which you dont see at any hotels anymore. It is located in a beautiful place. I hadan amazing stay. Oh one thing about the mini golf course- the designer had a different goal when creating the course. Dont even try it if you want to keep enjoying your peaceful vacation 😆
