J’ai été immédiatement déçu par l’aspect de l’hôtel et de la chambre. Seule la salle de bain moderne était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Tout le reste est très vieillot. Je ne comprends pas les 3 étoiles. Le matelas est néanmoins très confortable. J’ai apprécié par contre l’amabilité du personnel.

Chambre sous les toits avec petite fenêtre( cassée ), on se tape la tête toutes les 5 minutes, étouffant, pas de climatisation, petite tv trop basse pour la regarder depuis son lit, 89 € beaucoup trop cher !!! Seule la salle de bain rénovée était bien.

C'est bien de louer une chambre d'hôtel part votre site internet,mais quand on voit les chambres qui ressemble à un placard où l'on ne peut même pas tenir droit,ou une personne de 1m65 se soigne ou la hauteur de plafond n'est pas respecté,je demande le remboursement de cette chambre par votre site,et je pense que je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience en passant par hotel.com

nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à l'hôtel Murtel. A notre arrivée il nous est attribué une chambre où le ménage n'avait pas été fait : lit non refait, serviette utilisée au crochet de la salle de bain... on nous a proposé une autre chambre que nous avons aérée un bon moment du fait de mauvaises odeurs, le plafond de la salle de bains avait dù être repeint récemment : des scotchs de masquage pendouillait à la limite entre mur et plafond....Par contre très bonne literie

Une petite chambre au 2ieme sans ascenseur avec une fenetre très en hauteur, des odeurs d'égouts l'embaument... La porte de la salle de bain pourtant très correcte couine. Nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de notre passage...

Hôtel confortable au sein des sites de l'Isère

Nous y avons fait une halte sur la route de retour de nos vacances. l'hôtel est confortable et le personnel disponible et sympathique. Il est idéalement situé à la croisée des routes touristiques en Isère. Il accueille les motards et les voitures électriques: deux bonnes raisons pour nous de retourner y faire un séjour. Dommage qu'il faisait mauvais temps, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Choix de l’hôtel car situé à quelques minutes à pied du départ de notre trail du dimanche matin. Insonorisation des chambres inexistante, et le matin au petit déjeuner nous nous sommes faits littéralement « engueuler » par la responsable car nous souhaitions rendre les clés de la chambre à midi pour pouvoir prendre une douche après la course à pied. Les conditions de l’hôtel prévoient un départ à 12h (affichage partout dans l’hôtel et sur leur site internet) et il est inadmissible de hurler ensuite sur les clients sous prétexte que 12h est trop tardif. Mention spéciale en revanche pour les femmes de chambre adorables que nous avons vues en fin de matinée.
