โI think that you need to post the elevator is in the first floor or the second floor brother do you have to bring up your luggage up the stairs and for us weโre traveling itโs kind of heavy specially if weโre older people like my wife and I but other than that, it was good thank youโ
โHaving access to washer/dryer for my family of 5 was great.
Loved that The Colosseum was 3 blocks away. Many great restaurants with delicious food nearby. We picked up lunch each day and ate at the aprartmebt which was good for us. โ
โIsabel guest house was clean, organized, accessible, close to metro, bus stops, and close to touristic sites in Rome if you want to walk. I liked that each room has its own bathroom, and that the kitchen is shared so you can make coffee or a snack if you want. The staff is so nice and it was the exact stay that we needed. โBeautiful facility! Exceptional breakfast daily. Staff is warm and very helpful. While it is somewhat close to the Metro, it is far from most of the famous sites. The Metro is quite limited so we walked when possible and took cabs. Highly recommend!!โ
โWe had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

โI loved my weeks stay at the Cross Hotel. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Helping with rides to and from airport, directions and rides to great restaurants the best sites and all the touristy things I wanted and needed. The breakfast included was my favorite. There was a great variety of hot food that filled me for most of the day. I traveled solo and recommend this Hotel to anyone headed to Rome.
Ps: I forgot to mention the Garden bar and rooftop! So much fun. โ
