The owner spent the time with us with lots of recommendations for the area. His food recommendation was amazing. Panigacceria was terrific. The room was very clean and the A/C worked great. Could hear noice from the adjacent units but to be expected in an old building. As a heritage building it is beautifully maintained

Very good hotel in La Spezia

Very well located, just a short walk to the waterfront or downtown. Room is a good size and extremely clean. The owner, Sergio, was very friendly and gave great tips about the city.

Appreciated!

The man who welcomed us was so nice and had the best recommendations to our stay in La Spezia and Cinque terre. Also the wonderful lady who comes in the morning was super and we felt very welcome as guests here. We will definently return!

The room was large and in a great location - a short walk to the Marina and shops / bars / restaurants. The lift isn’t available on the ground floor (it’s an old building) and wouldn’t fit our pram - so we did a fair bit of carrying of luggage / our baby! Lots of suggestions of things to do and see from the owner.

It’s not a hotel, more like Air B&B. The check in is not convenient, almost missed the deadline. Plus the elevator is inconvenient, starts from 2nd floor. The owner gave us discounted card for the restaurant downstairs but it wasn’t opened. Won’t book this again.

Idéal pour visiter les "Cinque Terre"

Très bon accueil de la part de Sergio qui prodigue de bons conseils (lieux à voir/bonnes adresses pour se restaurer..) à la Spezia et aux alentours. Chambre spacieuse /propre /calme. Je recommande vivement Lungomare qui est très bien situé pour visiter les "cinque terre" (bateau à 5/8 minutes/gare à 15 minutes à pied). Emplacement idéal. J'y retournerai si j'ai l'occasion sans hésiter.

Séjour très agréable. L'hôte m'a donné plein d'informations et conseils très utiles sur les choses à voir dans les alentours de La Spezia. L'endroit est calme et bien placé, à seulement une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare et à 5 minutes du ferry pour cinque terre;

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ed è nel centro della città. Il signor Sergio ci ha accolto con estrema cordialità e simpatia. Ci ha consigliato di visitare alcuni posti, oltre a quelli tipicamente turistici e affollati, che si sono rivelati unici e caratterisitici, con scorci mozzafiato che senza di lui non avremmo mai scoperto. Ottimi i suoi suggerimenti culinari. Anche la signora delle pulizia è stata gentile e disponibile, e la pulizia e l'ordine della struttura è impeccabile.

Toppen hotell i centrala La Spezia

Fina, rena rum i centrala La Spezia, något högljutt. Tight incheckningstid, speciellt då vårt flyg blev försenad men tack vare vår trevliga värd (Sergio) löste det sig bra att komma lite efter incheckningstiden. Toppen ställe att ta båten till Lerici, Portovenere eller Cinqueterre.

Location of the appartment is excellent. Equipment / bed pretty good. The windows do insulate noise very very well. On the downside, the walls a paper-thin. So when Sunday morning some neighbour started at 5 am the discussion how to do the day trip: impossible to ignore. Also many water pipes in the building seemed to pass through our room; the water pumps did kick in at any time of the night
