I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away.

Its in front of the port. Nice views Very good hotel for the place. Confortable, its little old but very nice. The room is small, like a Cruise one, but very modern, and nice. The rooftop is amazing. Guiliana very very special.

The staff was super helpful, the location is great near the historic center with lots of shops and great restaurants. Parking is very convenient as well as access to the central train station. Will definitely stay there gain on my next trip.

Great location and staff

The hotel is very conveniently located to the harbor where travelers can hop on the Cinque Terre Ferry or board a boat tour of the area. The terrace restaurant has great food and the staff goes above and beyond to make travelers comfortable.

The nh hotel is a very modern hotel and has all the conveniences of any modern hotel. It is super clean and staff are very friendly. The included breakfast was fresh with offered a great selection and variety. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

A great alternative if you want to visit the coasts, there boats just across the street. Very clean rooms, the breakfast was great and lots to choose from. The interior is standardized but functional.

I stayed at NH for an extended period (2 weeks) due to a medical emergency with my husband, who was hospitalized. The hotel is close to the hospital, the water and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and expressed genuine concern for my husband’s health. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely would stay again.
