“Staffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.”

The food was excellent, and Simon personally ensured that all the activities we wanted to do were fulfilled. We appreciated the casual, impeccable service. And the spa was fabulous- small and uncrowded, but had excellent facilities- we especially liked the infrared sauna. We will be back!”
