"I stayed at Hotel More by Kavia for one week, a brand new property I booked without knowing exactly what to expect, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stunning, fresh, and beautifully designed. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities are high quality, and the overall aesthetic is modern yet warm. The location next to the Monument feels very central. I was able to walk almost everywhere, and Ubers were always just minutes away. It made exploring the city effortless. The staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. Most importantly, I felt extremely safe throughout my stay, which made a huge difference as a traveler. They’ve done a beautiful job with this hotel, and I absolutely plan to stay here again when I return to Mexico City ❤️"

"The hotel is on a very busy street and the area has lots of activity so it was very noisy at night. Hotel is clean but very old. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The elevators need updating. "

"Very clean hotel very well organized. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The hotel is in a great location everything is walking distance. The rooms are very well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The cafe is a plus with access to it 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good. Muchisimas gracias a Didier, Victor y Manuel por todas sus atenciones. Nos sentimos en casa y entre familia! Regresamos pronto!"

"The room was clean the second day I found a bug/cockroach in the closet and I texted them in there WhatsApp messages and they said tomorrow they will look into it. The next day I took the cleaning lady she said she will report it and didn’t even clean the room. I called front deak and said let me see what we can do they switch us rooms and was way better it even felt nicer I think they just sent us to a corner room become we are yung. And the streets near buy smell very bad and if you open the window the smell comes in super strong "
