I always like to stay here because it's in a very good location. Lots of things nearby & within walking distance. The amenities are good although they're doing some renovations. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great Holiday Inn Stay in Cuauhtemoc Area of CDMX

We loved our hotel. The staff was great, including bellhop Angel and waiter Rene. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our trip was very nice. Moises Rodriguez our Bell Boy was excellent. He took care of our tours and transportation. He helped make sure everything was taken care of even kast minute with our flight delayed. The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean.

We enjoy staying at this hotel! Our stay wasfor 18 days Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and property well maintained. Our major issue was we could not get our chromecast to work on the smart TV in our room. After many attempts it never worked and hope they can remedy this problem in the future.
