This is such a charming place. I had my own room with an attached bathroom. I was cooked a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. The staff is very friendly and spoke English. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful and serene property. Everything went smooth and easy.

More wait staff at night for dinner.

Beautiful place, great accommodations. Check in was simple and efficient.

Nice room. We enjoyed sitting outside for a bit after a long day of travelling. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was good- breads, cereal, oatmeal, teas, coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel on the lake! Joalain was wonderful at check-in and later at the bar. The room was clean and the view was amazing!

L'ermitage est un bon choix pour visiter les environs. L'endroit est très beau et serein. Le restaurant est très bien et pratique car il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix à proximité.

Late check out!! 😉

We had an excellent experience at Delta Hotels Saguenay during our October 1 meeting. The team was efficient, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made coordinating the event so much easier, and our participants were very pleased with the service. A heartfelt thank to Émilie and the entire team for their warm welcome and wonderful support. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

The laundry was small but no problem getting it done. Very helpful staff. Great views of the river.

This was a beautiful facility. Beautifully groomed area outside of each room where you could relax by the beach and watch the waves roll in. The restaurant was top notch.

Very quiet and nice. It is low season after Sept 1 - so the restaurant was closed and the reception was also closed . But we easily found our checkin instructions.
