Immaculately clean room. Shower was very good, super comfortable bed and pillows. Easy check in and check out.

The entire hotel, including the room was immaculate. I especially love the restaurant/bar, they make fantastic cocktails and the waiter gave us to excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is also outstanding.

The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay.

We loved the space. The dishes were not the cleanest so we had to wash before use. There was one spring mattress that was not so comfortable. But still liked the space.

Check in was simple, building was in a great location, easy access to the loft with the keypad. The loft itself was clean, stocked and comfortable. The kitchen has every amenity you need. Parking was close by and had in and out privileges. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!
