    "The room was not what we expected. The beds were bare-bones and hard. Items from a previous tenant were still in the bathroom which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. The tiny soap pack was old; the soap was broken in many places. More than half the outlets either didn't work at all, or were shaky. The TV remote didn't work.     "We arrived for a two-night stay and were assigned to the second floor. We had a person in a wheelchair with us and were told that the hotel did not have an elevator. AND that there were no other rooms available. So, coming from out of state we parked ourselves in the lobby until the clerk suggested calling his manager. "Good location. I think you could walk to AllState Arena. Staff was super nice. Parking on site at an okay price. Bed was comfy and I loved the shower. However, my air conditioner smelled terrible! Like sweat plus mold. It got too hot not using it, I tried. Luckily I bring essential oils."
