    "The room was not what we expected. The beds were bare-bones and hard. Items from a previous tenant were still in the bathroom which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. The tiny soap pack was old; the soap was broken in many places. More than half the outlets either didn't work at all, or were shaky. The TV remote didn't work. "Good location. I think you could walk to AllState Arena. Staff was super nice. Parking on site at an okay price. Bed was comfy and I loved the shower. However, my air conditioner smelled terrible! Like sweat plus mold. It got too hot not using it, I tried. Luckily I bring essential oils."
