Unprofessional, scam & dirty environment

Poor experience. Small soil on bed linen and they charge $25 USD- no mention of this in contract. Roaches seen crawling around in room. Hotel charged card twice and yet to provide refund for the duplicate charge. I can’t seem to get a response from their admin team.misleading listing - no breakfast no pool at the property we were placed
