The hotel is cool, comfort and very close to the synagogue church but the staffs are not very professional not until I spoke with the ceo before they could check me in.

My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia
