"I've been to this resort many times but never had I had to complain or leave a bad review. The room was big, but everything looked outdated and old. The carpets were dirty. The living room television was small. To top it off my daughter could've gotten burned with the hair dryer."

"The floors really needed to be cleaned. And had a cockroach in our room. I reported it and they said they were going to deep clean room. No money or discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Coffee was great there. "

One of the main issues we noticed was that the walls had visible stains, which made the room feel less clean and well-maintained than it should be. While the stay was manageable for a short visit, addressing cleanliness and upkeep would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. With some attention to detail, this hotel could be much more comfortable and inviting. "
