"theres a weird smell in the room when we first get inside and somehow i woke up with some rashes and itch, i guess the room are not clean thoroughly. staff are all accommodating and approachable. experience was awesome would go back again for sure but hopefully with 101% clean linens and smelled fresh room."

"The great parts... staff, rustic lodge feel, surrounding geography, attached restaurant and bar, afternoon tea, complimentary coffee station just outside our room. Pool, gym, hot tub and steam were nice. The room was quaint, and matched vibe of hotel, but was admittedly a bit tired looking.
Still a wonderful little get away for us!"

"Very clean and cozy cabins, it was a great place to stay for the night and we will be back. The fireplace was premade and easy to use and you were able to go over to the main lodge for food and drinks and/or to play a board game. You were also able to bring board games back to your cabin with you. Only thing missing was that I wish every cabin had a shower, but honestly wasn’t a big deal. It was about a 25 minute drive to Banff."
